1. Before treatment, fully charge your controller by plugging it into a power outlet. When the indicator illuminates to a solid green, it’s ready to be attached to the mask.
2. Attach the eye protection inserts if your eyes are extra sensitive.
3. On clean, dry skin, secure the mask to your face using the velcro straps ensuring that is it snug and comfortable.
4. Turn on the mask by pressing the controller’s power button.
5. Select your treatment of either red, blue, or red+blue light therapy.
6. Begin your 10 minute treatment. You will hear a "beep" sound. Keep the mask on your face for the full 10 minute treatment.
7. After 10 minutes the mask will automatically shut down. If you do choose to end your treatment early, the mask can be turned off by pressing and holding the power button
8. Remove the mask from your face and wipe clean with a damp cloth before storing.
9. Remove the mask from your face and clean before storing.
10. Repeat 3 times per week.

Does the treatment hurt and is it safe?

The treatment is completely safe, FDA-cleared and doesn’t hurt at all! You may experience a warm sensation and some mild flushing after use, but this will quickly subside.

How soon will I see results?

People can see results from the very first treatment but results are cumulative. Studies show that 95% of users were satisfied with results after 3 weeks!

What age is best to use the mask?

Any one at any age would benefit from using the LED mask. Most dramatic RLT results are seen by those treating fine lines and wrinkles or hoping to prevent them from appearing, which can happen in your early 20’s. The most dramatic BLT results are seen by those with acne.

Where does it fit into a skincare routine?

We recommend using the mask after cleansing and/or exfoliating and before applying any serums and moisturisers.
