DELIVERY

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation.

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specify when placing your order. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. We deliver to all addresses within the united states.

Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

Deliveries are made by FedEx and take place on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, usually within the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days.

Holiday Shipping: For delivery by 12/24, place orders by 12/17.*

*Recommended deadline for expected holiday arrival. Delivery timeframes are dependent upon parcel volume and weather conditions.

Please be aware that items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Packages will arrive within 2 business days.   

During peak times of the year, orders may have delayed dispatch times. We endure to get any orders dispatched at soon as possible. Please look out for your dispatch confirmation email.
